Foot Patrol Inspector Archer Legend is out on routine foot patrol when he encounters a young lady with apparent vehicle trouble. Archer approaches and introduces himself to the lady. Sloan Harper is distressed about her car not starting, but then quickly perturbed when Legend arrives on the scene and begins chastising her for not having a proper pedicure.
Legend escorts Sloan to the office for a thorough inspection of her size eights. The initial inspection reveals that she does require a pedicure upgrade to bring those pretty European feet back into compliance. The inspector promises that he’ll let her use the station phone to call a mechanic once this is complete. Sloan Harper is transported by the foot cop to a trusted local salon to have the required foot work performed.
