Victoria Gracen knocks on the door at Foot Patrol Headquarters. Inspector Archer Legend is in the office and invites her in. She says that she’s been told free pedicures are given here. Archer chuckles and explains that isn’t quite correct. He introduces himself and explains what it is that the Foot Patrol actually does. Victoria is focused on getting a free pedicure so Archer proceeds with an inspection. The foot inspector performs a thorough review of young Victoria’s size threes. The lady mostly ignores the hard work of our favorite civil servant as she snaps selfies and focuses on the more important task of keep up with social media. Victoria only occasionally remembers that Legend is sucking on her tiny toes and she asks how soon she can get the free pedicure. Inspector Legend runs her petite feet through the paces though she really doesn’t have the patience for such a thorough review. Victoria suffers through the inspection until the duo finally proceeds to a local nail salon to get those size three’s whipped into proper shape.
