Foot Patrol Studio – Expired Pedicure Enforcement – Full 720p

Foot Patrol Inspector Archer Legend is walking the beat when a radio call comes in from central dispatch. A concerned citizen reports seeing a young lady exposing her toes in public with an out-of-date pedicure. The motivated public servant springs into action and tracks down the offender. Once Victoria Vargaz is identified as the perpetrator, Archer informs her of the details of her offence and performs a thorough foot inspection on her slender size eights.

After having the charges explained, the young lady seems to exhibit a genuine remorse. Inspector Legend restrains Miss Vargaz for transport to a nearby salon to get her pedicure back into compliance with local ordinances. Thankful for Archer’s assistance, but concerned that she cannot pay the $195 delinquent pedicure penalty; Victoria seeks to convince the authority to eliminate the fine and accept alternative compensation.
